At Sweedoor, quality control starts long before inspection.
With a production line engineered for zero-tolerance automation, key processes—including aluminum profile cutting, hardware punching, and frame assembly—are completed by German-engineered precision machinery. More than 75% of our manufacturing workflow is fully automated, ensuring consistency, stability, and repeatable accuracy across every door we produce.
Every process is monitored in real time. Every decision is data-driven. Human error is minimized, while consistency and efficiency reach unprecedented levels.
What follows is not correction, but confirmation—adding an extra layer of confidence before your door ever ships.
“ 4 ” : Stages of inspection process
1. Profile Inspection
Before entering production, each aluminum profile is manually inspected for surface smoothness and finish quality.
Although all profiles have already passed material inspection, this step ensures that after powder coating, surfaces remain flawless—free from dents, bumps, or imperfections—delivering the best possible visual result.
It is our way of adding confidence before profiles ever enter the production line.
--------------------------------------------
2. Hardware & Machining Check
All hardware components undergo 10 full operation cycles after installed to verify smooth, reliable performance.
Although each hardware set has already been individually tested by our suppliers, even a single sign of resistance or inconsistency results in rejection.
Only components that perform flawlessly every time are approved and installed.
--------------------------------------------
3. Tempered Glass Verification
Glass panels are inspected for clarity, uniformity, and visual quality using professional testing equipment synchronized with the glass manufacturer’s own QC systems.
Automated inspection measures light transmission and surface consistency, detecting deviations beyond what the human eye can perceive—ensuring a premium, unobstructed view.
--------------------------------------------
4. Fit & Function Evaluation
Once fully assembled, each door is evaluated for overall consistency and functional performance.
Profiles and glass retain their flawless appearance after automated processing, while operation remains smooth, sealing is secure, and performance feels effortless—ready for real-world installation.

Every door undergoes a full factory mock installation by our experts:
- Ensures predictable, trouble-free installation on site
- Confirms weight and load capacity for long-term durability
- Tests opening, closing, and locking mechanisms for flawless operation
- Verifies air, water, and thermal performance meets design standards
