We recommend verifying measurements before ordering and allowing for standard installation tolerances.
What does “in-stock” mean for delivery time?
“In-stock” means the doors are manufactured in advance in standard sizes and are ready to ship within a short timeframe. Actual delivery and installation timing depend on location and site readiness.
How are doors protected during shipping?
Doors are packed with reinforced protective materials designed for long-distance transportation. Customers are advised to inspect packaging upon delivery and report any damage immediately. warranty provided since the door shipped out.
What is your Return Policy
Sweedoor accepts returns within 7 days of delivery for any reason, including wrong product selection or customer errors, provided the product is in its original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility in these cases. For products with manufacturing defects or damage upon arrival, Sweedoor covers return shipping, as long as the packaging is intact. ⚠Please keep all packaging until the product is correctly installed.
Can I get a refund if i found the door doesn't match?
No-Reason Returns are accepted only if the product has not been installed and remains in its original packaging. The item must be returned in resalable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed accordingly.
