The Importance:

1.Return authorization is required before shipping any product back to avoid sweedoor staff are available to handle the goods.

2.Unauthorized returns may be refused

3.Installation-related issues are not considered product defects and are not covered under this return policy

Customer Reason

Sweedoor accepts return requests within 7 calendar days of delivery.

No-reason returns are accepted even

  • Incorrect product selection
  • Order placed in error
  • Change of mind

No-reason returns are accepted only if:

  • The product has not been installed
  • The product remains in its original packaging
  • The item is returned in resalable condition

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Sweedoor Reason

If a product arrives with manufacturing defects or visible damage caused during transit, Sweedoor will cover the return shipping cost provided that:

  • The issue is reported within 5 days of delivery
  • The original packaging is intact and retained
  • Clear photos or videos are submitted for verification

After inspection and confirmation, Sweedoor will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.


Please retain all original packaging until the product has been fully installed and inspected.

Discarding packaging may affect return eligibility.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been installed or altered
  • Custom-made or made-to-order products (including special sizes, configurations, finishes, or hardware selections)
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Items showing signs of use, modification, or improper handling

Inspection & Refund Process

All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival at Sweedoor’s facility.

  • Approved refunds will be processed after inspection
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on inspection results and payment provider timelines
  • If a return is rejected due to condition or eligibility issues, the product may be returned to the customer at their expense.
